While this website collects no user information, it is hosted by Github Pages. As per Github's Privacy Statement on Github Pages: “GitHub may collect User Personal Information from visitors to your GitHub Pages website, including logs of visitor IP addresses”.
Privacy Policy for the Tails iOS application
Like this website, no user information is collected by the app itself. The application sources its data from the website e621.net and as stated by their Privacy Policy part of their Terms of Service, “e621 will not disclose the IP address, email address, password, or DMails of any user except to the staff … e621 is allowed to make public everything else”.
Your email addresses or passwords are not required or even asked by the application. Your e621 username and an API key are optional to enter in the app's settings and upon entering, are saved locally on your device encrypted. They're only ever sent back to e621.net until logging out, when the information is deleted from the device.
The web traffic to e621.net is at the time of writing routed using Cloudflare's proxying service. By Cloudflare's Privacy Policy (from the item “End Users”), your information will be saved by them: “Cloudflare processes End Users’ information … The information processed may include but is not limited to IP addresses, system configuration information, and other information about traffic”.
